1.What Countries do you ship to?

WORLDWIDE! We ship products all Over the World – Australia, Austria, Belgium, British, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Cyprus, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Korea, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands

【Please note: The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to a value-added tax (VAT) or import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

These charges must be paid for by the recipient. Peachpawpa has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they might be.】

 

2.How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that orders may take up to 7-15 business days to process before they are shipped due to customized work involved. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update

 

3.Why isn't the tracking data showing on my tracking number?

For U.S. orders tracking numbers may take up to 7 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.

For international orders tracking numbers may take up to 10 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.

If it has been more than 7 days on a U.S. order or more than 10 days on an international order and your tracking data is still not showing, please get in contact with service@peachpawpa.com

4.I never received my package, what should I do?

 Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt. (Please contact your local post office first. )

If your item has not arrived within the time frame, contact Peachpawpa Customer Service at: service@peachpawpa.com and we will do our best to help you!

 

5.How much is shipping?

The above is the standard charge, once your package weight exceeds the standard weight of the logistics provider, we will contact you to pay an additional fee.

 

 

6.Shipping damage

All merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment, and damage case seldom happens. If you get damaged items, please take photos and contact us soon, we will Redo it for free to replace. (Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims. Photos must be sent to us within 48 hours after you get it).

 

At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.

Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.We do not offer overnight shipping.

7.How can I modify / cancel my order?

Once the order creation is successful, the order options can‘t be modified.
Cancel order need to be notified to customer service within 24 hours, beyond 24 hours can’t be cancelled .

 8.Can I adjust the position of people and pets?

People and pet locations are randomly assigned by the system. If you have special location needs, please notify us within 1 hour after placing the order and we will try to meet your needs.
